Product Manager

Work Location: Xiamen

Job Responsibilities

1. Track industry trends,competitor product strategies,and collect market feedback/user needs.Conduct in-depth market analysis and trend research
2. Define long-term development plans and short-term goals for products,clarifying product positioning and value propositions.Determine the priority of product functions based on market demands and company strategy; develop product roadmaps
3. Gather,organize,and analyze user requirements,translate them into Product Requirements Documents.Communicate effectively with development,design,and testing teams to ensure that the requirements are accurately understood and implemented
4. Participate in product design processes, providing UX recommendations and optimization solutions
5. Develop product launch plans,ensure the smooth launch of the product.Work with the marketing and sales teams to formulate product promotion strategies,enhancing product visibility and market share
6. Collect user feedback and data analytics to evaluate product performance and user experience.Based on feedback and analysis, propose a product optimization plan to promote the continuous improvement and iteration of the product

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor or above degree,Fluent in oral English expression, capable of quickly understanding and responding to English demands
2. More than 3 years of work experience as a product manager,Successful product cases are preferred
3. Familiar with the product development process,possessing capabilities such as requirement analysis,proficient in using product design tools,and having data analysis skills
4. Good communication,coordination,and teamwork spirit,able to withstand pressure,innovate,and adapt to fast-paced environments
5. Have enthusiasm for products,acute insight and empathy,strong learning ability and a sense of responsibility
