Job Responsibilities

1. Research and Exploration of AI Concepts
   1. (1)Investigate and continuously track the latest AI technologies,trends,and methodologies (e.g.,Machine Learning/Deep Learning/Natural Language Processing/Computer Vision)
   2. (2)Explore potential applications of AI in IT and product development to enhance efficiency,automation,and user experience
2. Development of AI Agents and Models
   1. (1)Design,prototype,and implement AI agents (e.g.,chatbots/recommendation systems/virtual assistants) to support IT operations and product features
   2. (2)Build and train machine learning models to address specific business challenges or optimize existing processes
3. Collaboration with IT and Product Teams
   1. (1)Work closely with IT teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and infrastructure
   2. (2)Partner with product development teams to search opportunities for AI-driven features and enhancements
4. Data Preparation and Analysis
   1. (1)Collect,clean,and preprocess data for training AI models
   2. (2)Analyze data to determine the patterns,insights and opportunities of AI-driven solutions
5. Testing and Optimization
   1. (1)Test the accuracy,performance,and scalability of AI models and agents
   2. (2)Continuously optimize AI solutions based on feedback and performance metrics
6. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing
   1. (1)Document research findings,model architectures,and implementation processes
   2. (2)Share knowledge with teams through presentations,workshops,or internal training sessions
7. Ethical and Responsible AI Practices
   1. (1)Ensure AI solutions are developed with ethical considerations (e.g.,fairness,transparency,privacy)
   2. (2)Stay updated on AI-related regulations and compliance requirements
8. AI Deployment and Maintenance Support
   1. (1)Assist in deploying AI solutions to production environments
   2. (2)Monitor and maintain AI systems to ensure intended functionality,providing ongoing support for troubleshooting and updates
9. AI Technology Evaluation and Recommendations
   1. (1)Evaluate and recommend AI technologies,tools,platforms,Provide clear reasons and return on investment analysis for senior management decisions
10. POC Leadership and Demonstration
    1. (1)Lead POC development and execution to effectively demonstrate tangible benefits of AI solutions
    2. (2)Confidently present POC outcomes and recommendations to technical teams and senior executives

Job Requirements

1. Skills：
   1. (1)Priority will be given to those with Bachelor's degree in AI-related fields,with 2–3 years of relevant experience
   2. (2)Proficient in programming languages such as Python,R,or Java
   3. (3)Familiar with AI frameworks (e.g.,TensorFlow,PyTorch) and tools (e.g.,Scikit-learn,facial recognition)
   4. (4)Fundamental understanding of data science, machine learning, and software development
   5. (5)Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
   6. (6)Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
