Customer Service
Work Location: XiamenJob Responsibilities
- Learn and master proficiently all the operations of the front-end and back-end of various products in the company
- Be capable of providing professional, timely and accurate answers to users' inquiries,solving their problems,and offering product optimization clues to the product department
- Follow up on customers'usage of the company's products and establish a good trusting and interactive relationship with them
- Cooperate with the sales department to handle matters related to customer service
- Complete other administrative tasks assigned by superiors
Job Requirements
- College degree or above
- More than 2 years of customer service experience in the freight forwarding and logistics industry is preferred
- Possessing the concept of proactive service, being able to put oneself in others'shoes,and representing the company to demonstrate the best service quality
- Strong listening and communication skills,positive,serious and honest
- Possess strong self-study ability and willingness to learn
