Work Location: Xiamen

Job Responsibilities

  1. Learn and master proficiently all the operations of the front-end and back-end of various products in the company
  2. Be capable of providing professional, timely and accurate answers to users' inquiries,solving their problems,and offering product optimization clues to the product department
  3. Follow up on customers'usage of the company's products and establish a good trusting and interactive relationship with them
  4. Cooperate with the sales department to handle matters related to customer service
  5. Complete other administrative tasks assigned by superiors

Job Requirements

  1. College degree or above
  2. More than 2 years of customer service experience in the freight forwarding and logistics industry is preferred
  3. Possessing the concept of proactive service, being able to put oneself in others'shoes,and representing the company to demonstrate the best service quality
  4. Strong listening and communication skills,positive,serious and honest
  5. Possess strong self-study ability and willingness to learn
