Java Development Engineer

Work Location: Xiamen

Job Responsibilities

1. Accurately understand business requirements,Complete the development and design of the back-end functions
2. Conduct performance analysis,optimization,and refactoring of existing systems to enhance stability and efficiency.
3. Write technical documents, participate in code reviews,and ensure the continuous improvement of code quality and team technical level
4. Take into account the daily operation and maintenance of server hardware

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science or related field,More than 3 years of working experience related to Java development
2. Have a solid foundation in Java programming,Familiar with common design patterns,have good coding practice and be good at refactoring code
3. Have an in-depth understanding of Java Web development and be familiar with mainstream frameworks such as Spring,SpringBoot,and MyBatis
4. Have a certain understanding of frameworks or middleware such as caching,message queues,and RPC
5. Familiar with MySQL database, with basic database optimization experience,and familiar with mainstream NoSQL databases
6. Be passionate about technology and possess the ability to keep learning and be self-motivated
7. Possess excellent teamwork spirit and communication skills,be capable of withstanding work pressure,and ensure the progress and quality of the project
8. Those with a basic understanding of computer hardware and the ability to troubleshoot are preferred
